On April 25, 2025, the Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkiye hosted solemn commemorations marking the 110th anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign. 

The dawn service at Anzac Cove commenced at 3:00 AM local time, attended by dignitaries including Princess Anne of Britain, New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, and Australia's Governor-General. The ceremony featured a Māori lament, prayers, and wreath-laying, with Princess Anne reading soldiers’ letters and honoring all troops involved. 

urkish Lt-Col. Ozkan Celik read Atatürk’s historic message honoring fallen Allied soldiers.​ Following the dawn service, mid-morning ceremonies were held at Lone Pine Cemetery and Chunuk Bair, commemorating Australian and New Zealand soldiers, respectively.
