Catholics in Thailand mourn late Pope Francis

Catholics in Thailand are joining the global community in mourning the passing of Pope Francis, who died on April 21,  at the age of 88. His death has deeply affected the Catholic community in Thailand. Pope Francis's visit to Thailand in November 2019 was a significant event for the local Catholic community.

 In response to his passing, the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Thailand has issued a statement expressing their condolences and inviting all Christians to pray for the late Pope. They have also arranged for memorial Masses to be celebrated across the country.
