Disaster Management: Measures to ensure standardized products

The Ministry of Industry held a coordination meeting for disaster management on Friday with the attendance of Chairman of the National Disaster Management Committee Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than.

The meeting discussed the measures for temporary accommodation plans, as well as the necessary procedures in building the factories while adhering to the law and bylaws.

The meeting also focused on quality control of the iron and steel being distributed to the local market, establishing the research labs for the products at the private entities and production of standardized products, through quality insurance system.
