Construction of Temporary Shelters: MoEA UM drove the stake for the start of construction

Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs, Khun Thant Zaw Htoo, and Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung, on April 9, visited the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs office compound to inspect the ongoing construction of temporary shelters for civil servants and their families, who were affected by the earthquake.

The Union Minister and Deputy Minister drove the stake on the land for the construction of the temporary shelters and inspected the progress of the building work. Following this, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, and officials also inspected the installation of water pipelines and repairing water tower. They instructed the responsible officials to ensure that clean water would be available for the staff families.
