Letter of condolence: Head of Tatarstan Republic sent letter of condolence

Following the devastating earthquake on March 28, 2025, in Mandalay that caused significant damage, loss of life, and numerous injuries, Mr. Rustan Minnikhanov, the Head of the Tatarstan Republic in the Russian Federation, sent a letter of condolence to the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
