Relief Supplies : China sends relief items and rescue team

To conduct rescue operations in Myanmar due to devastating 7.7- magnitude earthquake, a plane carrying relief items and medical supplies along with the 37 rescue personals from China arrived at Yangon International Airport on March 29th. 

They were welcomed at the airport by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, Region Security and Border Affairs Minister, Mayor, First Secretary from Embassy of China in Myanmar Mr. Zhu Feng and many other concerned officials. 

37 rescue personnel are from Yunnan Province and they proceeded to Nay Pyi Taw to assist the rescue operations promptly in quake hit areas, upholding the existing China-Myanmar Pauk Paw Relations.
