Bilateral Cooperation: Meeting with the Belarusian delegation

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander in Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by Belarusian Minister of Defense Lt. Gen. Viktar Gennadyevich Khrenin at the Zeyathiri Beikman in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on friendship and cooperation as the two countries reached the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations, and the continuation of agreements from the SAC Chairman's goodwill visit to Myanmar. They also explored collaboration in defense, science and technology, agriculture, investment, trade and human resources development. Additionally, discussions covered Myanmar's political developments, the Tatmadaw's role in national security and preparations for a free and fair multi-party democratic general election.
