Strengthening Cooperation: Receiving the Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar

On 27th March, Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win received Hanoi-based Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou  at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw. 

During the meeting, both sides cordially discussed matters pertaining to strengthening of bilateral cooperation in health sector, importing Belarusian pharmaceutical products and medical equipment into Myanmar, and promotion of cooperation in pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. 

The meeting also focused on signing of MOUs between Universities of Medicine of the two nations to conduct postgraduate training courses and the exchange of experts to enhance healthcare service provisions.
