






The Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin, together with state government members and education officials observed and supported the refresher training for subject-specific capacity-building for the primary, middle, and high school teachers at the No. 1, No. 5, and No. 7 Basic Education High Schools in Loikaw on Tuesday.
Firstly, the Chief Minister and officials meet with the high school teachers who are attending the capacity-building training at the No. 7 Basic Education High School, give words of encouragement and provide cash assistance to facilitate during the training period and a training in-charge accepted.
Next, they met with the middle school teachers participating in the capacity-building training at the No. 5 Basic Education High School, where a representative of the training program also received cash assistance to support the training period.
Continuing on, the Chief Minister and official met with the primary school teachers attending the capacity-building training at No. 1 Basic Education High School, and again a representative of the training program received assistance to support the training period. After that, they observed the subject-specific capacity-building training sessions and discussions being conducted at the school.
This training program is reported to involve 970 teachers from Kayah State across high school, middle school, and primary school levels, and it will be held from March 24 to March 26, 2025.
