Immigration and Population: National Registration Card issuance process in Taunggyi

On 21st March, Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing visited the Township Officer’s office of the Department of Immigration and Population in Taunggyi Township, and inspected National Registration Cards issuing process under Pan Khin Project-3, Biographic/Biometric data collecting with e-ID system and Unique ID issuance.

There, the Union Minister also inspected the systematic storage of documents and peronal records as well as fire safety measures.

On arrival at Myanmar Medical Association Office, the Union minister oversaw the arrangements to open temporary offices for the displaced district and township service personnel from Shan State (North), Biographic/Biometric data collecting with e-ID system and Unique ID issuance.
