Meeting the Delegates: MOI Union Minister receives the delegations to the Forum

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn received former Prime Minister of Nepal Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal and former Deputy Minister of the Foreign Ministry of Thailand Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on separate occasions on Thursday.

The two dignitaries are in Myanmar to participate in the “Forum on Myanmar Beyond 2025: Challenges and Opportunities in the Multipolar World”.

During the meetings, they made open and frank discussions on successful holding the forum and matters for bilateral friendly relations. In the afternoon, Union Maung Maung Ohn received a Chinese delegation led by Professor Mr. Zhang Wei of Fudan University and party at Horizon Lake View Resort in Nay Pyi Taw.
