India co-chairs ASEAN Defence experts meeting

India is hosting the 14th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) Experts Working Group on Counter-Terrorism, with India and Malaysia co-chairing the discussions. 

The high-level gathering brings together delegations from 10 ASEAN nations and eight key dialogue partners. Delivering the keynote address, India’s Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh underscored the growing threat of emerging technologies, particularly the misuse of artificial intelligence and drones by terrorist organizations.
