Indonesian Defense Minister meets with Vietnamese counterpart

Indonesian Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin met with his Vietnamese counterpart, Phan Van Giang, at the Ministry of Defense office in Central Jakarta on Monday. At the meeting, the two ministers held a private meeting to discuss defense and military cooperation.

The focus of the discussion included strengthening cooperation in armament, military drills, and regional security. The meeting confirmed the commitment of Indonesia and Viet Nam to strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in the defense sector.
