Tour in Mandalay Region: Agriculture and livestock development works inspected

To conduct the necessary measures for development of livestock sector, Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung made an inspection tour in Mandalay Region on 8th March.

At  the PatheinGyi township (HtoneBo), the Union Minister observed the measures of Private Piggery Farm where he instructred the officials to increase production.

The Union Minister later proceeded to Cattle Farms of Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department in which he inspected the farms and instructed the necessities including distributing good species  and producing of animal feeds.

At DoeKwin Orchard, conducted by the Agriculture Department, the Union Minister met with officials and instructed to distribute various flower species for Flower City project, to upgrade the Agricultural awareness activities, to collect regional orchid species and explore the new species.
