Philippines and UK committed to 'rules-based order'

British Foreign Minister David Lammy met with Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Enrique Manalo in Manila, signing a joint framework for the two countries' enhanced partnership on defence, security, maritime and economic resilience.

David Lammy, British Foreign Minister "This joint framework will help us deliver more cooperation on defence, on regional security, on trade, on science, on tech, on climate and nature over this coming period."  

He also said that the Philippines and UK are the “countries that are committed to international law” and the “rules-based order."
