Tour in Hopong: Meeting with personnel and local in Hopong

Member of the State Administration Council Khun San Lwin on March 7 met with the members of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone Administration Body, region/township level departmental officials and town elders in Hopong Township of Shan State (South).

At the meeting, the SAC member made explanation on preparation of holding free and fair multi-party general election in line with the five points roadmap and nine objectives of the State Administration Council.

During the meeting, the SAC member fulfilled the needs of the locals in the areas of social and economic affairs in collaboration with the concerned departments. For food sufficiency, increased income and market penetration, the local farmers are urged to grow qualified seeds for the development of agriculture based businesses.

As the State Administration Council is striving for country’s food sufficiency through agriculture and livestock breeding sectors, plans have been carried out to fulfill the requirement of the local farmers.

Then, the SAC member concluded his speech emphasizing the locals not to trust false and misinformation relating with the People’s Military Service Law, instigated by social media and Illegal subversive media outlets. The attendees reported on work undertakings and future plans. Upon the reports, the SAC member coordinated the requirement.
