Sports Sector: MOSYA Union Minister inspects sports facilities

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Jeng Phang Naw Taung visited Hlegu Sports Ground on Friday to oversee the conducting of summer sports training courses. He encouraged the trainees who join the training courses for football, track and field, martial art and basketball as well as the U-18 football player who are in camp training.

The Union Minister also inspected the football ground, runway for athletic sports and stadium. They then proceeded to Thiha Dipa Sports Ground in Thanlyin District and encourged the trainees of summer sports training courses at Taekwando Hall and Swimming Pool.

The Union Minister also instructed for keeping the swimming pool clean, greening of football ground and implemetation of bleachers and runway. On arrival at the Sports and Physical Eduction Institutue (Yangon), the Union Minister oversaw the training process of selected Krataedo players as well as the condition of Gymanesium and swimming pool.
