Myanmar-Belarus Business Forum: SAC Chairman addresses the forum in Minsk

Myanmar-Belarus Business Forum took place at the President Hotel in Minsk on March 6th.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the forum and made an opening speech, saying that Myanmar has established a diplomatic relations with Belarus in 1999 based on mutual trust and understanding.

He highlighted the significant progress in friendly relations between the two governments, bilateral cooperation and diplomatic relations, along with the improvement in trade and investments. He expressed his belief to achieve more promising opportunities for promoting cooperation between the two countries through this kind of business forum.

During the forum, the participants made discussions on various topics. After the forum, the memoranda of understandings on economic cooperation between Myanmar and Belarus were signed between the Myanmar entrepreneurs and officials from Belarus.
