Coordination meeting: Matters on production of documentary discussed

A coordination meeting for the production of a documentary by the Magway Region Government was held at in the meeting hall of the Region Government office on February 24. The meeting was attended by the Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin, members of the Region Government, departmental officials, film production experts, and invited guests.

At the outset, the Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin stated that the purpose of the meeting was to coordinate the production of a documentary showcasing the Magway Region Government. He emphasized that, like the Naypyidaw Council and other regions and States governments, it is essential to have a high-quality documentary in both Myanmar and English languages to present to international leaders, foreign guests, and study groups who visit the region. He highlighted the need to base the documentary on the outlined points, ensuring clarity and prominence in its presentation. He also urged all relevant departments to systematically participate and contribute their ideas and suggestions.

Following this, the Region Minister for Social Affairs U Myo Myint, discussed matters related to the documentary's production. A sample video clip previously filmed in the Magway Region was shown, and U Tin Ko Win, the Director of the Region's Information and Public Relations Department, presented the progress made on the outlined points. Attendees also engaged in general discussions and provided suggestions.

The Chief Minister concluded the meeting by emphasizing the need for coordinated efforts to ensure the successful production of the documentary. He provided guidance on necessary actions and delivered closing remarks, stressing the importance of collaboration to achieve the documentary's objectives.
