Promoting Cooperation: SAC Chairman receives a delegation from Thailand

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa at Bayintnaung Hall in Nay Pyi Taw on 22nd February.

During the meeting, both sides cordially discussed matters pertaining to promotion of cooperation between the two countries and the two armies, as well as eliminating telecom fraud and online gambling as a national level duty and taking actions against those involved individuals in collaboration with neighboring countries and international organizations.

The meeting also focused on prevention of illicit commodities and terrorist activities, preparations for successful holding of the upcoming multiparty democracy general election and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
