Inspection Tour: Senior General inspects Bahtoo Station

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing made inspection at Bahtoo Station on Friday.

At the local agriculture and livestock breeding battalion, the Senior General heard reports on work implementations and instructed for boosting production, meeting the target yields with the use of correct cultivation method, implementation of solar powered system for irrigation and cultivation of sunflower and other crops.

They then inspected the Model Agriculture and Livestock Breeding Zone which includes poultry farm, test production of natural fertilizer, oil milling process and distribution of quality seeds. They also viewed the display of sunflower seeds and thriving plantations in the Greenhouse and the orchard as well as the dairy cow farm.

The Senior General and party later proceeded to the local Defence Services Hospital and comforted the military officers and Tatmadawmen who are receiving treatment at the hospital. During the visit, cash rewards and gifts were presented the patients. Then they took a tour in the hospital and provided cash assistance to the staff.
