


India and Israel have taken another step toward expanding economic cooperation with the launch of their biggest B2B business meet in New Delhi.
The forum, inaugurated by India’s Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and Israeli Economy and Industry Minister Nir M. Barkat, brings together industrialists, investors, and business leaders from both countries.
During the event, key MoUs will be signed, paving the way for joint ventures and enhanced collaboration across multiple sectors, including technology, agriculture, water management, and defence.
Speaking at the forum, Minister Piyush Goyal encouraged Israeli businesses to invest in India, highlighting the country’s robust economic growth, ease of doing business, and vast opportunities in innovation and manufacturing. Meanwhile, Israeli Minister Nir M. Barkat applauded India’s economic progress, emphasizing the strong and growing partnership between the two nations. He reaffirmed Israel’s commitment to deepening trade and investment ties with India.
