Clarification of Work Processes: Water supply and electricity distribution in Taunggyi

Conditions on water supply and electricity distribution in Taunggyi of Shan State (South) was clarified on January 31st.

Chief Minister U Aung Aung led the clarification, calling of cooperation of all concerned persons for water and power supply. Attendees discussed the status of water supply and installation of separate power line at the water storage tank as well as plans for distribution of water using water tankers and preparations for upcoming summer.

For the convenience water access of residents in Taunggyi, the Development Affairs Department is distributing water to the downtown wards, using the water sources from Htee Thein (Russia) , Htee Thein (Kyauktan), Par Moe Ne , Yay Htwet Oo Taung Kyaung Gyi , Ganaing , Nar Yaung နားယောင်း and Yadana Thiri water storage tank.
