Graduation Parade: No.7 Intake of People’s Military Service Training completed

The graduation ceremony of No.7 Intake of People’s Military Service Training was held at No.2 Military Training Center in Nay Pyi Taw on 31st January. 

First the Commandant of the Training Center gave a speech, presented awards to the outstanding trainees and inspected the parade columns.

Colonel Wunna Zaw, Training In-Charge said "During the training, we provided comprehensive training courses including military tactics and strategies, arms handling and physical fitness both theoretically and practically in order to strengthen mental and physical robustness of the trainees. I would like to encourage the youths to join the training courses bravely to safeguard the sovereignty and interest of the nation and its people."

During the ceremony, a total of 250 trainees were graduated and the outstanding trainees who are excelled in respective subjects were awarded.

As People’s Military Service Law came into force starting from 10th February 2024, every citizen is under a duty to safeguard the Our Three Main National Causes such as non-disintegration of the Union, non-disintegration of national solidarity and perpetuation of sovereignty. In order to serve that duty, every citizen should undergo military training and to serve in the armed forces to defend the State.
