Drug Seizure: Over 1.4 billion kyat worth narcotic drugs seized in Mandalay

Over 1.4 billion kyat worth stimulant drug were seized in Mandalay Region, according to the report of Myanmar Police Force.

Acting on a tip-off, a combined team comprising of members of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force raided the house of Fuyui Hua in Mahamyine (1) ward of Maha Aung Myae Township on 23rd January and conficated 3-kg of Happy Water.

Following the investigation, drug dealer Fushi Yan @ Ahshaun was arrested in the evening of the same day, together with 3.6-kg Katamin, 8.635-kg Happy Water, 40 Ecstasy tablets, 150 Happy-5 tablets, 280 stimulate tablets, and 5-g ICE (Mathafathemin) which worth over 1.4 billion kyats. Action is being taken to those in line with the law and investisgations are underway to reveal the chain of offender
