Affordable Medicines: Second direct sales of medicines in Nay Pyi Taw

The Myanmar Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturer Association will host the "Second Direct Sales of Medicines" event from 27th to 31st January at Mingala Kan Taw Hall of Pyinmana Township, Nay Pyi Taw. Organized under the Ministry of Commerce, the event aims to provide the public with convenient access to affordable medicines. Various kinds of medicines from 40 pharmaceutical companies will be available for purchase.

In addition to purchasing medicines, doctors and pharmaceutical experts will be present to offer consultations and guidance, ensuring safe and correct medicine purchases. New sales centers will open in Yangon and Bago Regions in February, allowing consumers to buy medicines directly from pharmaceutical companies. The association held its first sales event in July and August 2024 in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, and Bago Regions.
