Kachin State Day: SAC Chairman sends message on the 77th anniversary occasion

State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Senior General ThadoeMahaThraySithuThadoeThiriThudhamma Min Aung Hlaing sent a message to the ceremony to mark the 77th Anniversary of Kachin State Day which falls on 10 January 2025.

He extended greetings to all ethnic national brethren residing in Kachin State and the entire national people living all over the country to enjoy physical and mental well-being with good aspirations on the significant occasion of the 77th Anniversary of Kachin State Day.

He expressed that Kachin State is rich in invaluable natural resources and it is blessed with a sound natural environment and fertile soils which contribute much to the thriving of crops. Kachin State is endowed with sound foundations which can improve its economy by practically utilizing natural resources.

Currently, the State Administration Council is striving for the overall development of the political, economic and social sectors of the country. Similarly, the government has pledged to continue the development of the nation by building a Union based on democracy and federalism and restoring durable peace across the nation in accord with Our Three Main National Causes.

The government and Tatmadaw will join hands with ethnic national people to achieve success in shaping a good present to initiate a peaceful and prosperous future for the sake of the State and ethnic national people.As the government is implementing the multiparty democratic system to ensure peace of the Union, he urged all to reduce different attitudes on political, ethnic and religious grounds while striving for peacefully placing the Union on the trends of democracy and Hluttaw management.

He called for participation of all ethnic national brethren of Kachin State in initiating the peace foundation in their respective sectors for ensuring peace and stability of the State, forging enduring peace, development of the national economy, improvement of the socioeconomic life, peace and prosperity of the entire Union and the rule of law.
