Bilateral Meeting: Receiving the Belarusian delegation in Nay Pyi Taw

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe held a bilateral meeting with Mr. Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

At the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on matters related to the closer collaboration between the two Foreign Ministries, the milestones and achievements in bilateral cooperation to mark the 25th Anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2024, the enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation and people-to-people exchange between the two countries, including in the fields of economy, trade, agriculture and livestock, education, and defence, and holding Myanmar-Belarus Business Meeting as well as the broadening of closer cooperation in regional and multilateral contexts.
