Tour in Myitkyina: MOBA Union Minister made inspection in Myitkyina

Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen TunTun Naung, together with officials, visited No.1 Training School for Development of Nationalities Youth from Border Areas in Myitkyina, and provided the needs upon the report by the officials.

The Union Minister later met with the staff, teachers and students from the Kachin State Development Supervisory Office, Kachin State Education and Training Department Office and the Training Schools. He urged all to strive for achieving their life ambitions, pursuing higher education. During the meeting, foodstuff, cash rewards, stationery and sports gears were provided for the staff and students.

The Union Minister and party also inspected the hostels, mess hall, library and seasonal crop plantations in the school compound. They also inspected the staff housing of the ministry in Ayar Ward and No.2 Training School for Development of Nationalities Youth from Border Areas and inspected the infrastructure works and crop plantations.

At the Kachin State Development Supervisory Office, the Union Minister met with the staff, provided cash rewards and inspected the staff housing and crop plantations.
