Conferring Honorary Titles: Prime Minister confers honorary titles to the recipients

A ceremony to confer Honorary Titles was held at the State Administration Council Chairman office in Nay Pyi Taw on Saturday. Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister, Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to safeguard the nation’s independence while striving to build a peaceful, modern, and developed nation. As part of these efforts, the State Administration Council has been conferring honorary medals to those who perform outstandingly in nation-building endeavors. He expressed congratulations to the recipients for their deserving work, which has been selected through a thorough scrutiny process.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister conferred Sithu Titles to 1 recipient, Thura Titles to 8 recipients, Thiripyanchi Titles to 1 recipient, Zeya Kyaw Htin Titles to 3 recipients, Wunna Kyaw Htin Titles to 78 recipients, Alinkar Kyaw Swar Titles to 3 recipients and Theikpa Kyaw Swar Titles to 2 recipients. A total of 122 recipients of Sithu Titles, Thura Titles, Thiripyanchi Titles, Zeya Kyaw Htin Titles, Wunna Kyaw Htin Titles, Alinkar Kyaw Swar Titles and Theikpa Kyaw Swar Titles have been announced through the Notifications issued on the Independence Day, Armed Forces Day and National Victory Day during 2024.
