People mark New Year with drone show, icefalls tours and performances in China

Drone show, breathtaking icefalls and folk dances were highlights of New Year celebrations in Anhui, Henan and Shandong Provinces of China.

Wuhu City of east China’s Anhui Province held a drone show to ring in the New Year, with more than 1,000 drones presenting countdown to 2025 and images of festive elements in the sky.

In Jiaozuo City of central China’s Henan Province, the celebration featured local traditional opera and breathtaking icefalls at the Quanpu Gorge of Yuntai Mountain.
