New special postal stamps: Myanmar Post to issue 3 new special postage stamps

In honouring the 77th Anniversary of Independence Day which will fall on 4th January, 2025, the Myanmar Post under the Ministry of Transport and Communications will issue the three new special postage stamps (worth 200 kyats each) and sell them starting from 9:30 am on 4th of January, 2025, at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw, the General Post office in Yangon and Mandalay and other post offices in each region and State simultaneously.

As a special program, the postage stamps purchased at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw and General Post office in Yangon and Mandalay on 4th of January, 2025, the date will be sealed on the bought postage stamps, it’s learnt.
