Education Promotion: Capacity Building Seminar for high school teachers

A Seminar for Capacity Building of High School Teachers for 2024-2025 academic year took place at Magwe University on December 28th.

Chief Minister U Tint Lwin attended the event and made a speech, urging the teachers to be excelled in their respective subjects for successful implementation of the new curriculum. The seminar was jointly organized by the Magwe University and Maywe Region Education Office, to support for achieving high passing rate of Grade-12  students.

The Capacity Building Seminar was held from December 26th to 29th at four venues of No.1, No.2 and No.4 Basic Education High Schools and Magwe University with the participation of more than 2,400 teachers. Likewise, the seminar for effective application of teaching aids was held from December 28th to 29th at Magwe University where over 1,400 teachers joined the practical works.
