Tourism Development: MOHT Union Minister receives a delegation

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr. Thet Thet Khaing received Chairman of Exploring Myanmar Culture and Tourism Organization Mr. David Liu at the Ministry on 26th December.

During the meeting, Mr. David Liu made discussions on promotion of Myanmar Tourism industry, achievements of FAM Trips, delivering Myanmar Tourism information through Myanmar Pavillion platform and advertising Myanmar Tourist Destinations on social media platforms. 

On her side, the Union Minister discussed matters pertaining to organizing FAM Trips in future, promotion of China-Myanmar Private sectors cooperation, increasing investment, and planning of cruise line vacations to promote tourism sector.

The Union Minister also assured to accelerate the collaboration with Exploring Myanmar Culture and Tourism Organization to receive more visitors from China. During the meeting, the Union Minister presented the Myanmar-China Tourism Promotion Representative Certificate to Exploring Myanmar Culture and Tourism Organization.
