The Royal Family, led by King Charles and Queen Camilla, arrived at the Sandringham Christmas church service where Queen Elizabeth hosted 32 Christmas Celebrations before her death.

Senior royals gathered for the traditional family event while Prince Andrew cancelled his appearance at the pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace.

Excited crowds, who had been gathered for hours, watched on as the monarch.

Following the service, the royal family, including Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis met and greeted members of the public, who handed them flowers and teddy bears and chocolate coins.
