Renovation Measures: Efforts for sustainability of the religious structures

Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin visited the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon on Sunday to discuss renovation efforts.

As a prominent religious site safeguarded under national protection measures, the Union Minister emphasized the need for renovation work that ensures both the sustainability of the religious structures and the convenience of the public in paying homage.

He added that the renovation of the Shwedagon Pagoda should serve as a model for other pagodas and temples across the country and urged all to implement the work systematically.
