Health Treatment: Field Medical Tour in Paung Township

Mon State Public Health Department organized a field medical tour to Ahlut Village in Paung Township on Sunday. Specialists from the 500-bed Mawlamyine People’s Hospital and Women and Children Hospital provided health care services to the local populace at the village monastery.

Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein and officials visited the venue to oversee the rendering of health treatment. A total of 550 villagers from the vicinity have received treatment for various illness including arthritis, eyes, ear, nose, throat, dermatology, dental and gynecology.
