Ceremony of presenting gifts: Taninthayi Gov. presented gifts to police officers

The ceremony of presenting gifts to police officers and police officers (retured) by the Taninthayi Region Government was held at the Minzuthaka hall in Kawthaung Township on 18th December and attended by Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko, Chief Justice of the Region High Court, Region Government Ministers, Police Commissioner of Region Police Force Col. Myint Tun and members of District and Township police forces and police officers (retired).

During the ceremony, Chief Minister U Myat Ko remarked that the Region Government, upon arriving in Kawthaung, took the opportunity to meet with police officers and police officers (retired), presenting them with gifts to express appreciation. He highlighted that, due to the current political situation, the security efforts of the police force are crucial, and the safety and stability of the region in Kawthaung is largely attributed to the hard work and dedication of the local military and police officers.

After the speech, the Chief Minister, on behalf of the government, presented gifts to the police officers and police officers (retired). On behalf of the police officers (retired), the Chairman of the Retired Police Officers Association, Police Sub Inspector (Retired), U Thar Aung, and on behalf of the police force, the District Police Commander, Acting Police Col.Myat Min Htwe, accepted the gifts.

Following this, U Thar Aung, on behalf of all police officers (retired) expressed gratitude for the gifts. After that, the Chief Minister and officials cordially greeted the members of police force, police officers (retired) and family members and gave words of encouragement.
