Turkmen President lays wreath at monument

President of Turkmenistan Serdar laid a wreath at the Monument of Neutrality in Ashgabat as this year marks the 29th Anniversary of Neutrality.

The ceremony opened with the performance of the National Anthem, brought together representatives of state structures of Turkmenistan, diplomats, international organizations and public figures. 

This memorial symbolizes the commitment of the Turkmen people to the ideals of humanism, creation and international cooperation.
