Development of Border Areas: Work Committee meeting held in Nay Pyi Taw

A Work Committee on implementation for development of border areas and national races held its meeting at the Ministry of Broder Affairs on Wednesday.

Committee Chairman Union Minister Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung attended the meeting and made a speech. He said efforts are being for development of border areas in line with the guidelines and policies by the Central Committee.

He called for active participation of the people in cooperation with the government, ensuring peace and stability in border areas through coordination and responsibility. The meeting discussed the work undertakings during current fiscal year and plans for 2025-2026 fiscal year.
