Work coordination meeting: Shan State CM gave an opening speech

Shan State Government held its work coordination meeting 12/2024 at the government office in Taunggyi Township on 10th December.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister U Aung Aung stressed on adhere to 5-point road-map and 9 objectives of the state in implementing tasks, development of the state’s economic sector and systematic financial process and budget utilization. He also emphasized on commodity price stabilization, multi-cropping, provision of necessary agricultural inputs and ensuring local edible oil sufficiency. The Chief Minister also called for the concerted efforts of the relevant individuals in spreading agricultural knowledge among farmers and growers, adapting modern agricultural technologies for the development of the state’s agriculture sector to increase income of the local farmers.

Next, the attendees made sector-wise discussions on agriculture and livestock breeding sector respectively. Then, the Chief Minister supplemented the discussions and fulfilled necessities. The meeting was concluded with the closing remarks of the Chief Minister.
