Renovation Works: Coordination meeting for all-round renovation

A work coordination meeting was held for all-round renovation of Than Wai Zaniya Lay Htarna Pagoda in Nay Pyi Taw on Sunday.

Council Chairman U ThanTunOo discussed the need for constant maintenance to keep the religious edifices always looking revered. The attendees reported on the implementations of all-round renovation tasks and future plans.

The Council Chairman and party later viewed the display of photos on Life Journey of Buddha and Prayers’ Hall in the compound of ThattaThattahaMahaBawdi Pagoda. They then inspected the measures being undertaken for proper flow of water on Nay Pyi Taw-Tatkone No.1 Higyway and ceiling works at the Prayers’ Hall.

They also visited the Migadawun Sanctuary and heard reports on breeding and conservation of animals. The Council Chairman and party also participating in light offering at the Than Wai Zaniya Lay Htarna Pagoda together with the pilgrims.
