Friendship and Cooperation: SAC Chairman meets Russian delegation

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Head of Republic of Buryatia Mr. Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov and party at his office in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

They discussed matters on promoting bilateral friendship and cooperation, and exchange of reciprocal visits. The meeting also discussed the prospects for collaboration in construction fertilizer plants, extended cultivation of oil crops, production of plywood and pulps, boosting production of rubber and cotton, technical cooperation for industries and transportation as well as promoting cooperation for tourism development and plans for operating direct flights.

They also talked about sending scholars for human resource development, cooperation in education and health sectors and exchange programs for religious and cultural matters. The two sides also exchanged views on recent political development in Myanmar.
