Hong Kong has more than 150,000 people who have autism or are intellectually disabled. To unleash their creative potential, a non-profit organization is staging a series of exhibitions which include a musical twist to their pottery and porcelain work. This “MusiCLAY” exhibition spotlights the works of “little masters” in ceramics at the St. James’ Creation project, which is part of non-profit group St. James’ Settlement.

Since 1999, the group has been offering workshops, trainings and a creative platform for people with intellectual developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder to create art from mud and clay. The “MusiCLAY” exhibition will be held until November 19th at St. James’ Creation Gallery in Wan Chai.
