Work Undertakings: Cleaning activities, renovation and preparation measures

Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung accompanied by state ministers and many other concerned officials on Saturday inspected collective cleaning works by departmental staff, police force and fire brigade members at public recreation place near SulaMuni Pagoda and Fire Services Department in Shwe Yin Aye Street  in Taunggyi.

The Chief Minister and party also inspected the completion of all round renovation tasks of Sulamuni Law Ka Chan Tha Pagoda, preparation processes for holding Non-Stale Robe Weaving Competition during 2024 Taunggyi Tazaungdaing Hot Air Balloon Releasing Festival and gave necessary instructions.

At Shwe Hpone Pwint Pagoda, the Chief Minister and party inspected the construction of retaining wall and preparation processes at Awaiya Ground for Tazaungdaing Festival. The 2024 Taunggyi Tazaungdaing Hot Air Balloon Releasing Festival is schedule to be held from 11th to 17th November and about 258 types of hot air balloons are planned to release during the festival.
