7th coordination meeting: Chairman of Central Body for PMS gave necessary instructions

State Administration Council Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Defense Admiral Tin Aung San, in his capacity as Chairman of the Central Body for Summoning People’s Military Servants, attended the 7/2024 coordination meeting of the central body in Nay Pyi Taw on 7th November.

In his opening remark at the meeting, the Chairman of Central Body for Summoning People’s Military Servants said that the People’s Military Service By-laws (draft) which is drafted with the cross-examining on each sector regarding with the suggestions given by the central body members Union Ministries, Nay Pyi Taw Council, Regions and States from the beginning to the 6th draft.

It’s needed to strictly scrutinize and oversee by the levels of responsible officials on the administrative bodies which are directly communicating with the people in summoning people’s military servants to be good social relations and to avoid from corruption.

It’s also required to address the systematic implementation regarding with the summoning people’s military servants.The National Service Information Management System – NSIMS  is being implemented and necessary arrangements are being carried out to the level of Nay Pyi Taw Council, Regions and States.

The supplemented suggestions are invited etc. Next, the Vice Chairman of the Central Body for Summoning People’s Military Servants SAC member Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General MaungMaung Aye clarified regarding with the to make effort to recruit the qualified people’s military servants, fulfilling requirements based on the advantages and disadvantages experienced and to carry out awareness measures effectively.

Then, the members of Central Body Union Ministers gave necessary suggestions in related matters and the Chairman of Central Body coordinated requirements.Following this, the Chairman of Central Body gave necessary instructions to be implemented.
