Viet Nam border guards combat drug crime

Viet Nam’s Border guards are actively addressing the growing complexity of drug crime, particularly in transnational trafficking, where criminals use advanced methods to evade capture. Despite these challenges, their commitment to maintaining security remains strong. Operation LS320, conducted by Lang Son’s border guards at the Ba Son Border Guard Station, exemplifies this dedication. This operation resulted in the seizure of hundreds of kilograms of synthetic drugs and the arrest of several suspects tied to trafficking networks.

In line with the ethical principles of the late President Ho Chi Minh, authorities are prioritizing the enhancement of border security and the dismantling of criminal networks to promote regional stability. For 65 years, border guard soldiers have shown resilience and unwavering commitment to their mission of protecting the nation.
