




Graduation Ceremony of the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College took place in Yangon on Saturday.
Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung attended the ceremony and made a speech, urging the graduates to strive for development of their respective regions, applying the knowledge gained through their studies.
He also stressed the need to cherish the traditional customs and literature, and paving ways to enlighten the fellow national races to the development path. He urged all to make urnest efforts in nation development tasks, upholding the genuine patriotic spirit. This was followed by awarding to the outstanding students, along with the appointment letters by the respective departments.
Since its establishment, the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College (Yangon) has nurtured over 2,900 graudates of Art and Science subjects and Engineer Diploma Holders. Among them, over 1,000 have continued further studies and achieved master and Ph.d degrees respectively.
