Inspection Tour: Bago Region Chief Minister tours in Nyaung Lay Pin

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win inspected the agriculture and development works in Nyaung Lay Pin District on 1st November.

During the inspection tour, the Chief Minister overviewed the monsoon paddy harvesting in Wae Wun Village-tract, and addressed the needs for irrigated water for double cropping. In Daik-U Township, the Chief Minister inspected the production process of dried fish, and instructed for upgrading packaging system and ensuring food safety.

He then proceeded to Daw Khin Myint Myint Library and provided assistance for purchasing more books and periodicals. He also inspected the construction of two-storey Fire Station and underground water tank, and instructed for timely completion of the project, meeting the set standards.

At Pyin Ma Lwin Village, the Chief Minister met with the local farmers and instructed to strive for boosting crop yields. He also provided fertilizer for summer paddy cultivation. The Chief Minister later oversaw the cultivation of summer paddy and addressed the needs for sufficient supply of irrigated water.
