Training closing ceremony: MCRD UM presented certificate of training completion

The capacity building training course for District head officers of the departments under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development was conducted with 50 trainees from 22nd to 31st October.

At the ceremony of training closing was held at the assembly hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw and attended by Union Minister U Hla Moe, Deputy Minister U Myint Soe, permanent secretary, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, District head officers from the Regions and States.

In his speech at the ceremony, Union Minister U Hla Moe said emphasizing that the ministry has continuously worked towards the development of rural areas and the social and economic improvement of rural communities.

He stated that the Ministry is providing assistance for obtaining necessay technology, inputs, equipment, capital and market for the agricultural and livestock breeding industries. The minister encouraged the trainees to ensure that their work aligns with the policies, processes, and existing laws established by the ministry.

He urged them to apply the knowledge gained from the training to their daily tasks and to collaborate with other departments for better coordination. He concluded by advising the trainees to thoroughly study the course content and make practical use of it in their duties.

Next, the Union Minister presented certificate of completing training course and a pair of trainees accepted on behalf of all trainees.

Then, a trainee clarified the benefits obtained from the training and the knowledge of relevant departments and the Union Minister gave necessary instructions.
